I would truly like them to focus on the areas of my lawn with the dead sod. The company who out it in when the house was built didnt know what they were doing and refuse to replace the sod. Is it possible to cut out the sod and put down some soil and seed?

#1 is the ability to set up a custom plan of fewer visits. Do not want 7 visits as in mid summer my lawn is pretty much baked so I skip those. Saves a few $$ as well.
