The crew that came was so nice and professional. They offered me different services for my house and explained what came with the cleaning service. I liked that they did the blacklight so I can see areas that may have had issues but where they would focus on too. My whole house floors smell great and feel so clean. I had to cancel in the past due to family sickness, but the Spokane office was so easy to reschedule with.

Adam was great! He was knowledgeable when I asked him questions, but also explained everything to me. Great service!

AJ was very polite and his customer service was incredible. He worked consistently for an hour and a half, explaining each step as he proceeded. My floors are very clean and I am very happy that AJ did a great job. I would strongly recommend Zerorez for doing your carpets.

The cleaning was very fast and effective. The technician also was fantastic!!! He worked with me on a few old pet stains that I couldn’t really afford to treat. He got them out for me anyway at the original price I was quoted!! Two days later and the carpet looks beautiful with no old stains reappearing. Great company!
