The gentleman that provided the service was on time, very customer service oriented, professional in both his mannerisms,and his appearance. He was also just genuinely friendly. I believe his name was Brian but I'm not certain. He appears to have done a great job as the carpets look and feel quite clean and they dried fairly quickly. We were a little surprised that we didn't receive a written copy of a service invoice/receipt describing the services and costs however. Not that its of great importance. We are very pleased with the services provided by Zerorez. We'll use them again and highly recommend them to others as well.

The carpet cleaning service is reasonable priced. The cleaner utilized appeared to be a "green" natural product without toxic chemicals and that is comforting. I appreciated the "protective equipment" used to prevent dings to corners and house furnishings. Tim, the technician was a very nice young man.
