I am not sure that I like how my carpet "feels" with the added treatment. I let it dry totally but it feels just a little sticky or tacky perhaps. I am not sure why that would be.

Friendly technician (Adam) and the pet stain removal solution. I've used Stanley Steamer for the last 10 years thought I'd try someone different and Molly, Dave, and Ken highly recommend you on their morning show. I didn't like that I had to vaccum carpets first and furniture couldn't be moved. Stanley Steamer brings two technicians and puts blocks under the furniture so I understand why.

The serviceman arrived promptly at the scheduled time. This is a home we just purchased and have not moved in yet. Obviously the areas to be cleaned had not been done in some time.
