The carpet is actually clean! I've tried a lot of others' services over the years and nothing even comes close. On the first visit when I had you clean my carpet, the guy came in with a positive attitude and told me that yes, there are some wear areas in my carpet, but most of what I am use to seeing he felt he could get out of the carpet. This was quite a shock for me because everyone else ALWAYS start out with the usual excuse of why they would not be able to get it completely clean. And, on all three times I have used your service the guys have always been very nice and easy to talk to. I will continue to use ZeroRez and recommend you to others.
