Although it takes longer then the 5 hrs I am told the carpets will take to dry I know they are very clean and it's worth the wait. Also areas where I thought stains would be difficult to get out came out very clean.

I think the new carpet cleaner (that spins) is the best job I have ever had used on my carpets. They are fluffy and soft like they were when they were new. The technician was courteous and efficient.
