what I like the most about zerorez was Aaron Ramos. We were most worried about about some dark matted traffic areas. He explained what he was going do to clean these areas- prep, heat, time or something like that (it made sense at the time) then he seemed to us like he worked extra hard to do the job. The carpet came out much cleaner than we had even hoped. The traffic areas are clean.

The carpets look great! I was really shocked at how clean they turned out. We are getting ready to sell our house and having the carpets clean was the final step. Your guys showed up on time and got the work done quickly.

My Carpet Tech was very conscientious in providing the best care possible and informing me of all the services available without being aggressive in my decision making as to which services I needed. He was extremely efficient at his job as well. Def. would recommend to all my friends and family.

Technician called upon arrival and let us know what needed to be done. Explained in detail the issues that needed to be addressed, and did his best to keep costs down. This is a rental and tenant let their cat everywhere. Techician treated the damaged areas, and there is no residual odor left from the cat.

I usually am very happy with the service. My tech Patrick was a little too high pressure for my liking. I am still happy with the way my carpets look however wish he hadnt been so pushy with me.

I recently closed on a home and needed the carpets cleaned before I moved. I was not present. However, my retired mother agreed to let ZeroresZ in while I was at work. She is a tough customer, a mom looking out for her son, and she was impressed. The place was vacuumed but the carpenter ant, “storm” happened in the interim. The technician broke his equipment down and sucked up the dead ants, reassembled and continued. The Technician also cleaned my walk-in closet and worked on a tough stain at no charge!!! I have the invoice and it met the phone bid. You get what you pay for. I think I got a great value. I will be back, no question.

We had a serious problem with adhesive on our stairs that had attracted and everything over several months of remodeling. Tim was able to remove the "gunk" and the accompanying dirt and make the carpet look like new. He was amazing!!! No one thought that the carpet could look so good after the prolonged use of the sticky plastic stair protector.

I liked that everything smelled so fresh and clean! We've vacuumed the stairs and they still look, smell, and feel crisp and clean!
