Everything! Setting an appointment is easy and you receive a call with the time the technician will arrive within the four hour window. The technician explains the protector and it works! The carpets look new when it's all done and you get to choose your scent.

I had several dog strains on the carpet. Some that were obvious and some that were not. You were able to use your light that showed where the problem areas were. Very nice job.

Polite technician, wears booties, carpets get very clean and smell fresh. My tech was very friendly, only issue was I wish he would of let me know about the price of the extra costs for stain removal and stain guard protection before the end of the job, so the final price would not have been as surprising. The only amount I was told about was the per room price. Other wise he went above what was expected to try to remove some make up stains my daughter made in the carpet. Over all I am very satisfied and will be calling in the future for more service!
From start to finish everything was A-1. The over-the-phone estimate was not changed once the tech came to the house; I received an email prior to my appt. letting me know what to expect; the tech was on time; professional, courteous, efficient; no pressure sales; and did a fabulous job on our carpets. I received an email receipt for my payment immediately and a follow-up email. Thank you. Will use Zero Rez again and will recommend you.
