great service and no sticky smeel as the carpet dries

I like how nice the guys are and the people at the office. They had to come out and re-do a couple of trouble pet stains but had no issues about it and made sure I knew to call them again if I still wasn't satisfied. They also left a high powered fan to help dry the spots faster since I was having a moving sale that weekend and would be walking over one of the spots a lot. You can still see where it was, but it looks a lot better, especially after I vacuumed it. I highly recommend this company and would use again when needed. Oh and tell Chris to come get the fan when he gets a chance!! Thanks Zerorez!!!

Carpets came out clean. Reasonable price, friendly and competent workers. Only two negatives: 1)Crew damaged basement drywall corner with hose; 2) Crew spilled and left milky water/cleaning solution on hardwood floors in several places which dried into white, crusty puddles. No big deal to wipe up myself. But crew should have done this before leaving.

Customer service, fast service, no chemical smells after completion of cleaning.

Your products don't seem to leave a residue, causing stains to reappear. Future spills seem to clean up better than after other carpet cleaners have been here.
