I think the new carpet cleaner (that spins) is the best job I have ever had used on my carpets. They are fluffy and soft like they were when they were new. The technician was courteous and efficient. Nathan went above and beyond to make sure our experience was the best possible. He then reminded us that, although he wished it were true, he is not perfect and if we saw something that did not meet our approval to please give a call and he would come back and fix whatever we needed fixing. Fortunately, a second call was not needed but it was nice to know we could have called had we needed to. He was on time and finished the job in a timely manner. Great service!

Technician was pleasant, helpful, quick and thorough. No lingering odor from the cleaning. My carpets look wonderful and feel good on bare feet. Technician was not pushy about selling me products or services I didn't want.

I was very pleased with the service. Starting with the communications letting us know when Josh would arrive. The carpet looked bright and fresh. Josh was fast, efficient and did a wonderful job.
