Technicians always present themselves very professionally. Very polite and knowledgeable or realistic of what they can and cannot do. The carpets always turn out fresh and clean and stay that way longer since they don't use soap.

I wish that at the time I spoke to the man I scheduled with that it was more cearly explained all the extra expenses that will pop up as you get into the process of cleaning so I could have been better prepared.
