However you clean it stays clean and spots do not come back! You are neat with no mess, the fellow wears covers on his shoes even when giving the estimate..I like it. One can usually walk on the area in an hour...My greatest reason is that the SPOTS DO NOT RETURN .....

I am not sure that I like how my carpet "feels" with the added treatment. I let it dry totally but it feels just a little sticky or tacky perhaps. I am not sure why that would be.
