Carpets look great, friendly technicians, good prices.
Very efficient operator, careful with owners property, explained each process as he went. However, there is one stain left just outside the kitchen archway that did NOT show up until carpet had dried. Spot is prox. 6" X &' and I have no idea what the cause of the stain was. Otherwise VERY pleaaed with service and results.

First and foremost, Nick stepped up to the challenge of a very troubled carpet in our fifth wheel and performed a miracle! I exaggerate, but I am very pleased with his results. He was timely, professional, honest about a particularly difficult spill - a bottle of pancake syrup had popped out of a cupboard and broke open on the carpet. This is probably going to haunt us. However it looks way better than before.
