The technician was polite and courteous and very much on time. I needed "sub extractor" He took time to check every inch to find out were the pet stains were. Then explained how much he would have to use and covered the cost before even starting. He realized that he would need a bit more than originally quoted, so explained the situation and asked me to make the decision rather than just using more and billing me for it. I really appreciated that. I plan to use your service every year, now. Thank you for the great service and thank you for advertisingt on the Jay and Kevin show, which is where I heard about your company. They all talk so highly of your company and your service. Cameron (our tech) was so polite, friendly & knowledgable! And our carpets looked AMAZING! I wasn't expecting them to look so great, especially in the high traffic areas! I've heard so many wonderful comments about Zerorez, the results and the service and now I know why. My whole house just feels cleaner, and I feel so much better knowing they weren't cleaned with chemicals. I'll definitely use Zerorez every time from now on, and I highly encourage others to do the same.

I had Shane do our carpet. He was kind, fast, efficent, and explained everything to me. He didn't even mind our two cats running all over the place! My fiance and I are moving out and just needed one room cleaned. Our youngest cat had gone to the bathroom in that room in a few places and I stressed my concern even though I had fully cleaned the area and it was no longer visible. He brought in a special flashlight and found a few target areas and addressed them with a special pet cleaning product. The carpet looks perfect and we will be gettig our full deposit back. Thank you so much!!

Very nice young man who did the work, not too inconvenient and not at all messy.

The technician, Cam Schlotter, was very quick and polite while cleaning my carpets. He also gave me tips on how to keep the carpets clean and what to expect if there are any stains that may come up through the carpet in the next few days.
