Stain remover was fantastic. I have a small machine that I use regularly at home, but it was time to call a professional. The kitchen carpet was particularly needy. The stains are gone and whole kitchen is nearly as light in color as the area in front of the sink that had been protected with an area rug since it was new.

You could take that scummy local commercial off that looks like your service technicians are having sex with there female customers it's grossly portrayed and other then that the carpet came out good and you guys came in a timely fashion also my technician was a nice guy and did an excellent job thank you he's a real hard worker has upper management skills. The guy that came out was amazing, he was extremely polite and customer service oriented. He walked through with us and let us know everything about the carpets and the additional options for cleaning the carpets because we have pets. When we moved in the house the carpets had been done by a normal steam cleaner. The carpets weren't horrible but I wouldn't walk on them in bare feet. The carpets look better than when we moved in and smell amazing. I have no problem walking in bare feet, and we got an amazing deal. I had my stairs, bedroom and both living rooms done and when I'm ready to have other rooms done i will have them do them as well. I have no doubt in my mind that they will do just as good, if not better job. I'd recommend them to anyone wanting their carpets cleaned.

The technican was great and would like to use him on future cleanings. However, I would like to comment on the tv commercial with the Lukens & that goofy looking carpet cleaner. I would not use Zerorez based on that corny commercial. I used Zerorez based on by word of mouth. I hope your company uses a better marketing firm to produce a better ad. Thank you!

It didn't smell and it dried very quickly. The tech/Cameron was very pleasant, polite, and knowledgeable.

You were on time, the young man was clean, dressed professional, explained what he was going to do. Asked questions of us, offered to clean duct work. Carpet came out nice, he explained that there were a few spots from wear that didn't come as clean as he wished. All in all a great experience.
