Cameron our technician went above and beyond to perform his duties last Thursday.. Because of the very cold weather one of the main parts of his hose connection snapped and broke, and even though it was later in the day, he went back to the shop and traveled back to our place and did the job, even though he could have done it on Saturday. The carpet looks tremendous as he was able to get some small stains out of the carpet (color from our granddaughters pants) and the over all feeling of a clean carpet is tremendous. I will highly recommend you company to anyone who asks!!
