I like the way the carpet feels, looks and smells (no smell at all) clean. Our carpet is one year old and had never been cleaned. I also like the availability of having the protectant put on after it was cleaned. The dry time wasn't too bad, about 4 hours with lots of fans going. Chase was the tech that did our carpet and he was very thorough and answered my questions well. We will definitely recommend your company to any who ask, and will use Zerorez next time we clean our carpet. No soap or perfumes for us!

Complaint: We were told more than once on the phone that someone would call us near or on the date with a more definite time of arrival. No one did. A 4-hour window is too long when everything is off the carpeted floors and you can't do anything.

Enjoyed watching your technicians and they were very good at sharing their expertise with me. I was a little disappointed in the cleaning of my furnace, $65.00 seemed a bit steep for what they did. However their work on my ducts was quite a bit more then they had anticipated and my heating system works better than ever before. Over all I am very pleased.
