Josh was very personable, polite and friendly and did a great job. Granted, I don't have a big house, but from start to finish he completed the job in 45 minutes. Some other companies send people who like to talk so much that the job takes twice as long as it should. I really appreciated the thorough yet fairly quick job so I could get on with my day! Hats off to Josh! My carpets turned out great.

Your technician arrived on time, was friendly, professional, and efficient.
Your appointment reminders were appreciated.
Especially appreciated was the call the day of the appointment to say that the technician would arrive shortly.
The carpet was cleaned well, with the exception of a hard spot in the carpet in one room. There is still an odor in that room - perhaps when your technician returns my area rugs from the rug spa, he can go over that area again?
Otherwise, great service once again.

Josh was a great tech, he was pleasant, seemed interested in what he was doing, and was happy to shampoo another small area that i hadn't planned to have clean, but then decided to do at the last minute, i'm grateful he was accomodating:-)
