Arrived on time. Friendly and efficient. EXCEPT: Unable to start on time because of a missing key for a machine in the truck. Had to wait for someone from the office to bring it out. A better "start the day checklist" would seem to be in order.

Appointment time was honored, and service was completed timely. Although the service was a repeat of the prior year's service which also cleaned the room's closet carpet, we failed to mention the closet although we had cleared it's floor. He did ask if there was anything else that we needed. The closet was skipped by the cleaner, and we did not realize the omission until after he left.
