The gentleman Tyler that performed our service gave 100% to the job. He was knowledgeable and did such a great job explaining the process. In the future when we need other services that require cleaning, we will be using Zerorez and asking for Tyler specifically.

It was my first professional carpet cleaning, so I can't compare it. However, service was wonderful, cleaning is great, and there is no residual odor or residue.
