Your staff (tyler) was friendly, explained everything and made me feel comfortable having a stranger in my home. I had heard your promotions on the radio and i saw that one of my own neighbors had zerorez in their home. i figured i should give it a try and i was very happy i did. ;)

I like the fact that you do not use soap

Always a job very well done! Our technician was outside getting prepared to start cleaning our carpets when one of our neighbors fell walking her dog and broke her elbow. He stayed with her till the ambulance arrived. Nice to know you are hiring such kind and thoughtful staff. Kudos to our technician!!!

Easy to schedule. Reliable. Well pricedy

The carpet looks and fells real clean. It also looks clean longer then other cleaning companies. This is the second time we have used Zerorez and are real happy with it. My wife thinks that it is the best company that we have used.

Your guys are friendly and usually do a fantastic job of cleaning this old carpet. But my last cleaning job was the best yet! My carpet is a light blue that's 20 years old. And I have dogs that run in and out of the house at will. Can you imagine how hard this is to clean? But Daniel Cole did just an amazing job on it. I will continue to use your services and tell others.
