We were EXTREMELY happy with the service that our tech Brian offered at our home. We have been Zerorez customers in the past and have had ok results before, but this time we had areas come clean that I had been told would not come out. He went above and beyond as far as I am concerned and should be recognized for that. We had accepted that the areas in question would be there until we chose to replace the carpet, or until my 2 teenagers left home!!! Thanks again and we will continue as Zerorez customers.
