Lots of availability for appointments, including Saturdays. The guys were there within the first 30 minutes of "the window" as requested. The carpets look great.
However, husband was not informed ahead of time about the "extra protection" which totaled about $80, and some areas of the carpet (stairs especially) were not completely dry within the approximate time frame. It was done at 9 am and some were still damp the next morning.

Kept me informed by email & phone as to appointment window and then called to let me know technician arrival time to within a half hour time period. Technician was courteous and explained process, what to expect and answered all my questions. Work was done efficiently and professionally and produced good results.

Excellent customer service. Tyler did a fantastic job and even explained the Zerorez process to me with great enthusiasm. My one critique of the service is the price. We chose Zerorez because we are very eco-conscious and know that your method is the least environmentally damaging. Still, $178 for such a small job seems like a lot. There should be price gradation based on the size of the rooms. We had three rooms, a hallway, and 15 stairs, but rooms come in all kinds of sizes and ours were on the tiny side. I'd be more willing to reuse Zerorez if the company differentiated between room sizes and charged less for small square footage jobs.

Daniel Cole was very professional and did a GREAT job of explaining the entire process from beginning to end. It's obvious he has an outstanding work ethic and pays a lot of attention to detail. He gets a 10+ rating from me! Johanna was very nice too and did her part to help out also.

When I need carpets cleaned again I will be requesting Daniel. I've already recommended Zerorez to my neighbor down the road and she is going to make an appointment.
