The tech (through no fault of his own) ended up being late, and I received a call from the office letting me know. They discounted my service because of the delay. This was a welcomed surprise. My tech Gage, was great! He explained everything to me very well, even though he's only been on the jib a couple months. He was very personable and I would suggest him and your services to anyone. The carpets looked as good as they could look, even though they are old and worn. Thank you!

I like the fact that there were no hrash chemicals uses and no shampoo residue. great job, unfortunately there were a few stains that did not come out but when I called to telling Zerorez they set up a time to return and reclean that area.
