There was a $25 service charge that I was not informed of when I called to book the appointment. I called the main line and they could/would not explain what the fee is and said everyone just pays it which is obsurd. I had them removed the fee. They argued over removing the fee which was ridiculous.

Worked well and pleasant technician

We have a cat that was finally diagnosed with thyroid issues. Unfortunately, in the time it took to figure it out, she had accidents of varying types on the downstairs carpet. Enter Zerorez. The carpet looks great! The technician took care of it very quickly and did a great job.

The tech did a good job and the carpet looks great. What I don't like is you told me $99.00 for three rooms. Then you charged me $159.00, I asked him if he felt like it was more than three rooms he said no. He considered the living room/dining room one room because the two together are not very big. The bedroom is the second room and the hall way the third. So I asked where the extra 60.00 came in. He said there is a $25.00 service charge and he charged $35.00 dollars to clean the hallway. He had just said the hallway was the third room, so why was there an extra charge for that? I feel that $35.00 should be refunded to me. So in the future for me and I would guess every other customer would fee the same, I want to know all of the charges and what the total bill will be upfront. No suprises. I am requesting a $35.00 refund, please, My number is Phone number removed, I would appreciate your help on this.

Tyler went above and beyond to get the carpets cleaned. There were unexpected pet stains due to a renter so we were concerned that we may have to replace the carpets. Tyler said nope, he could clean them and he did. Thank you so much Zerorez and Tyler. You never disappoint.
