Bring back the shoe coverings. If insurance coverage is the issue, is there a non slip version?
Doesn’t make sense to me to have carpets cleaned and walked on with dirty shoes on wet carpet.

Your cleaner applied an application to act asvac repellant for dirt to stick to carpet. I think that's how he explained it and charged an in extra 50.00. I watched him first in the living room and did a less than adequate job

Been happy with their services. Just don’t think I should have vacuumed an area once it dried to move a chair and in tables back to living room as was suggested to me that day. I didn’t vaccumn the rest of the carpet because was waiting for it to cure for 4 days. Think I should have done the same in area where I placed furniture.
