We had another company cleaning our office carpets for several years and honestly they looked worse each time. We decided to try Zerorez....WHAT A HUGE DIFFERENCE!!! The tech was outstanding took the time to explain what they were doing, Couple of spots they had to go back over with no question asked. We pointed it out and they took care of it immediately.

It was easy to schedule a time for my carpet cleaning😄(A simple phone call took care of it no password needed……. I appreciated knowing exactly what it was going to cost before having the carpet cleaned. The service person arrived exactly on time and explained what she was going to do and why before she started. When the job was finished my 10 year old carpet never looked better !!! A fantastic job. I am very very pleased😀
