I hired ZeroRez not expecting to much. Most steam cleaning companies I have tried, they tend to make one - two passes "the bare minimum". ZeroRez went over a stain several times, then over the entire mattress several times. About 14 times until no more dirt was coming through. This was way more than what I experienced with other companies.

The staff and was kind and helpful "Very professional". Truck was very clean. The quality of work was phenomenal.

Techs that came out to clean old furnace vents did a great job and were very polite and courteous. They were respectful of my home and SO glad i got the vents cleaned before getting a new HVAC system. I can look down some vents and see shiny metal that was never visible before.
