How knowledgeable the rep that cleaned carpets was, and how clean the carpets were

I have used Zerorez for a number of years now. I like that the cleaning solution is safe for my family and pets and that the employees have always been helpful and courteous. However, this most recent experience was not as positive. This is no way against the gentleman that cleaned my carpet--he was very helpful and patient with me(I misunderstood the appointment time so wasn't ready when he arrived.) First, the Zerorez vehicle left a oil/fluid stain in my driveway. Second, I specifically had my carpet cleaned again (just cleaned about five weeks ago when we bought this house) due to suspicion of a rodent--my cats left a on the carpet, so I requested the use of a black light to determine which if any rooms needed to be re-cleaned. The gentleman was very willing to shine the blacklight wherever I requested but was not familiar with rodent habits and when I asked him what it would like if we saw some, he didn't know. It seems that possibly Zerorez should have some employees trained in this area, and if not, the gals answering the phone at the office should let potential customers know this is not a service Zerorez can satisfactorily provide.

Your people arrive on time, take their time to do a thorough walk-thru, address specific trouble areas, protect your walls and corners, and the product dries fairly fast without a soapy residue.

Zerorez was incredibly easy and quick to schedule an appointment with. My wife and I closed escrow on our first home on 8/18 and I was able to call that day and schedule the appointment for the next morning! Their technician was very friendly and knowledge about about the services they have to offer. The difference from before/after cleaning was HUGE! The carpet looks and feels like its new! Me. James Brown was very professional and meticulous about doing his job. He was very knowledgeable about the products to be used on my carpets.

My only concern was when I made the appointment I wish that the cost of products to be used was explained. I didn't know how much it was really go a cost me. I was quoted $200 some on the phone and not expecting more for the chemicals. A heads up would've been nice so I could've factored it in the budget. Maybe the scheduled can ask a simple question of " do you have pets in the house or pet stains?". Coz that changes the scenario from per gallon of product to just product to seal the surface it charge per room.

Otherwise I'm very happy with the service. I will definitely schedule another cleaning in the near future with Mr Brown.

I liked that he wore "booties" over his shoes to keep the carpet clean.
I asked him to pay special attention to the traffic areas on my light carpet--
which he did. He then asked me to check everything before he left to be
sure it was satisfactory. I have used Zerorez many times before--- I like
the way it cleans the carpet--- and the carpet seems to stay clean for quite
awhile.
