Even though there was an equipment malfunction, the tech had to go back to the shop and after the malfunction was corrected, he returned and completed the project.

The technician who did the work was knowledgeableo, fast and friendly. So far, the carpet has stayed clean with no spots reappearing.
Bryce was very professional and respectful. The equipment you use is very high quality and things like the corner protectors and booties are a great aspect of your service. Bottom line is that we were so pleased with the quality of the cleaning. Our carpet is a light berber and I was honestly worried that it just wasn't going to be possible to bring it back to its original look, but it looks absolutely great. Stains I had personally scrubbed by hand but had no luck in getting them out were gone. There are a couple faint pet stains remaining but he was very up front about the fact that the cleaning process may not be 100% successful for them -- but it was still a significant improvement and I appreciated his honesty about the expected outcome. I would absolutely recommend Zerorez to others and it will be my first choice for future cleaning services.

I liked the way the carpets looked when the tech was finished and I liked the way to carpets felt so soft. The tech managed to bring the hose from the truck which does a better job. Other companies I have dealt with say they must bring a portable. The tech was very knowlegible and I appreciated his attention to detail.
