No residue or funny smell after the cleaning!
I had a very large area to clean (tile)they did a good job, but a little diappointed in kitchen area around stove a few dark areas still. But both workers where very nice.

Great service -- only used them twice, much happier with the first tech Jeremy who did a fantastic job. Though I didn't meet the second tech the carpet seemed extremely wet hours later on that visit. Love the way the carpet felt after the application and smelled much better.
