I like the fact that it is not the typical soap that is used. The carpets in the house we bought were very dirty and had old soap in it. Zerorez got the carpets very clean and they dried quickly.

The technician was polite and on time. I like that they protect your walls and are careful with the furniture you can't move. They wear booties on their feet. Carpets feel brand new when they dry. No chemicals left behind.

The technician was polite, careful and used foot booties and corner guards to protect my walls, corners and carpet. I would like to have that one spot looked at again. QUICK TO DRY, CLEAN AND FRESH SMELLING AND LOVED WATCHING THE ACTUAL SYSTEM SUCKING THE GUNK OUT OF MY CARPET!!! :) YOU COULD LITERALLY SEE IT WORKING. NO MORE PET SMELL! WHEN WE FIRST MOVED THERE IN THE SPRING, THERE WERE PEOPLE WHO LIVED THE PLACE BEFORE US AND THEY HAD A REGULAR SHAMPOOER COMPANY COME IN....THEY HAD ANIMALS IN THERE AND WHEN THEY SHAMPOOED IT, ALL YOU COULD SMELL WAS CHEMICALS AND UNFORTUNATE UNFREINDLY PET ODOR FROM ACCIDENTS ON THE CARPET. THAT IS ALL GONE NOW! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU FOR PROVIDING SUCH A GREAT PRODUCT THAT IS SAFE FOR ME AND MY FAMILY!!!!!
