THIS IS MY SECOND YEAR OF HAVING THE CARPETS CLEANED AND AGAIN I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH NOT ONLY THE SERVICE BUT THE QUALITY OF THE JOB WHEN COMPLETED. THERE WERE 2 YOUNG MEN WHO ARRIVED PROMPTLY ON TIME, 1 OF THE YOUNG MEN WAS IN TRAINING AND THE OTHER WAS INSTRUCTING TO WHAT I THOUGHT WAS VERY WELL DONE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO USE ZEROREX.
I wish that the person doing the work would have told me when I should close the windows. The duplex apartment wash vacant and he left all the windows open and a patio door. If I had known he was going to leave all the windows open I would have come back later and closed them. As if was it was couple of days before I went back and found the windows open.

I like how professional the staff was they really did a great job unfortunately I have been sick every since the carpets were cleaned. I would like someone to call me so I can discuss what products you use. I'm still having serious problems breathing in my home eyes burning nose burning throat feels closed off at times and it happens the minute I walk into the house. Please call.

Carpets and furniture look much better. No longer see high traffic area paths. Only issue (and unknown technician did his best) was wood flooring gets wet. There wee a few flooring spots difficult to return to their prior color but these were in areas where floor was already scratched. All in all very pleased.
Your technician was very pleasant and professional -- our carpet is about ten years old, so we did not have high expectations -- we were absolutely thrilled with how our carpet looks -- will certainly call Zerorez when we are ready to clean again. Thank you so much!
I got up early the morning of my appointment to make sure I had all the furniture moved and the carpet vacuumed as requested. I was told to expect them between 8 - 12. I waited until about 11:30 and no one showed up so I called to check on the status. I was told that I did not have an appointment and further more my name wasn't even in the computer. Because I had rearranged another appointment for this and was all prepared for it to be done that day I was not too happy. The person helping me felt very bad about what had happened and arranged for my carpet to be cleaned later that same day. They also did not charge for the hallway due to the inconvenience. The cleaning did not take long and the carpet looked very good when he was done. Other than the scheduling issue everything else went very well.
The carpets are very clean, it doesn't take forever for the work to be done, the rep was on time and professional.

The rep was well-trained and personable. He took the time to do his job with excellent attention to detail. Before starting he walked through the entire house pointing out stains he knew could be removed and explaining why a couple of stains were not likely to come out, although he made every effort to remove them.
