How great my carpet looks/feels
It was nice that they called the day before to give an estimated arrival time and called to say when they were on their way the day of. It was done quickly and looks good.
Great service -- only used them twice, much happier with the first tech Jeremy who did a fantastic job. Though I didn't meet the second tech the carpet seemed extremely wet hours later on that visit. Love the way the carpet felt after the application and smelled much better.
