I was very pleased with how my carpet looked after your technicians finished. There were some discolored areas on my carpet and they are completely gone. I have just purchased this house and the former owner smoked and your technicians treated the carpet first with a citrus solution, and I was very pleased that the strong cigarette smell was gone after the carpets were cleaned. The carpets were dry very quickly, probably in less than 2 hours. I had my whole living area done and will definitely plan to use Zerorez in the future. Thank you very much!

The young man (sorry, I don't recall his name), was extremely polite and courteous. He arrived on time, took time to answer questions and explain what needed to be done. And your customer service representative was pleasant both times I spoke with her confirming our appointment.

I was very impressed how well you folks got my carpet clean. My carpet was so soiled that I was sure you were going to tell me there was no way my carpet would ever be clean again but instead the young man assured me my carpet would come clean and when he finished doing his magic I had a nice clean carpet. I'm so pleased that I can't stop looking at my carpet when I'm walking about. I was also impressed with you folks on how fast you took care to come back to clean a faint spot that didn't come clean the first time around but the same young man got it clean the second time around. I also want to say the young man was very professional and took the time to answer all my questions. I'm so happy that just today I recommended Zerorez to a good friend of mind.

When he finished, he asked me to inspect the work and asked if I was satisfied. There was one area I thought could use a little more cleaning and he cheerfully offered to clean the area again. I was impressed with his commitment to doing a high quality job.
