Having someone come back to re-clean the areas previously "cleaned" totally justified my original review. Shawn was WAY more thorough than the previous tech. He spent more time and exerted much more effort on the affected areas. He even indicated the previously cleaned area had a lot more stuff come out of it (again, justifying my original belief that the areas were initially cleaned poorly). We also appreciate that you were willing to clean our stairs on the second visit, in place of re-cleaning other areas and based on the previous tech occasionally not wearing booties despite being requested to do so. Repeat cleaning was done extremely well. Thank you.

April worked so hard to remove pet stains, etc. She was very professional and thorough. We have had other Zerorez cleaners who did a very good job, but April was excellent and paid attention to details. My husband even commented that she cleaned like I do when I do a deep clean around the house. For him to notice and make such a positive comment says tons.
Since we have switched to Zerorez our carpets have looked great. Because of the phenomenal job that April did, we definitely want her to clean through Zerorez for us now.
