When they give a window of time i.e. 8-10, they tend to show up at the first hour.techs so far have been very friendly.
I had them put the "new" protectant down, which I think should work well because we have kids that spill sometimes. It did smell, though, and the smell lingered throughout the day. It might be wise to let the customer know that it will smell for hours.
