Josh was a very polite and thorough with his work. We have four dogs and a cat and I was very impressed with the way our 15 year old carpet looks brand new!! Thank you.

Shane was very friendly. He asked if we had used Zerorez before? Since it was our first time, he explained the process to me. He worked very hard and efficiently with no complaints. He even let me have a pair of the booties so I could walk on the carpet to open windows. I give Shane a 10. Thumps up! I will definitely use them again.

Johanna was absolutely amazing and sweet. She is so awesome !!! Her specifically is what made my experience with zerorez so great. She was helpful, and provided me with all the information I needed and asked for. She went above and beyond to make sure my carpets were super spiffy. She needs a raise (haha). Seriously Johanna made my experience awesome, and my carpets look like new. Thanks zerorez, and specifically thank you Johanna! !

Paul Turner was absolutely professional and very thorough in cleaning our air ducts to our furnace. We can breathe so much easier now and are confident we have the best air quality possible. Thanks Zerorez for having such great workers such as Paul Turner!
