Kaileb was our technician this time. He did an amazing job. I was very anxious about the cleaning this time because of the last on e we had done in September 2015. I did not see a noticeable difference in the cleaning...especially the pet stains we had treated. I talked to Kaileb about this (nicely) when he got here. I did not have anyone come in and redo the carpets because our granddaughter was born just days later and life got crazy. I just wanted Kaileb to know and hoped it would be better. We have always had a positive experience prior to 9/15. Kailee went above and beyond and our carpets are gorgeous!!! What a difference. His attention and desire for us to have a great result showed in his work ethic! He is great and we are so glad we gave Zerorez the chance to do our carpets again and we will be requesting Kaileb again! Thank you! Appearance of rugs after cleaned is beautiful. People who come to our house asked if we had the carpets cleaned. This cleaning was very satisfactory, but in the past we had a problem and you were very quick to send someone out to repair. So we are very pleased with your customer service.
