Efficient and cleaned well
A couple of spots that were not noticible until dry. The young man who did the work was courteous and knowledgable. Carpet took so long to dry.

Shane was very friendly. He asked if we had used Zerorez before? Since it was our first time, he explained the process to me. He worked very hard and efficiently with no complaints. He even let me have a pair of the booties so I could walk on the carpet to open windows. I give Shane a 10. Thumps up! I will definitely use them again.

Johanna was absolutely amazing and sweet. She is so awesome !!! Her specifically is what made my experience with zerorez so great. She was helpful, and provided me with all the information I needed and asked for. She went above and beyond to make sure my carpets were super spiffy. She needs a raise (haha).
