You came on time and did a quick job. The technician was friendly and worked quickly. I can only assume that the service was effective because I cannot examine the heating duct work. It took a long time to get an appointment.

Good customer service - very communicative... scheduling was easy, I received a follow-up email and got a call the day before confirming my window (and offering me an alternative window in case that worked better). I got a call about 90 minutes ahead of arrival, and your guy arrived on time. Was very helpful - explained everything, showed what he was doing. No surprises. Was quick and efficient, did what he said, and did a great job. Whole experience was quite seamless - and came on moving day after my experience with my movers was NOT seamless - I truly appreciated that this part was so easy! Thank you!
