Stan, the tech who arrived was courteous, on time and had completed the cleaning within 3 hrs. He consulted me about doggie spots and all of the newer carpet was perfect. great call center and how they set up order. Technician on site was clearly an expert of his trade. Carpet was dry and clean feeling. The ion difference left the room without a smell and they did not use perfume to make it seem like it was clean. Carpet is clean and odor free.

I've used zeroez several times in the last few years. I especially like the following things:
1. the method of cleaning
2. the people who clean
Brett did my most recent cleaning and was very thorough and left the carpet without lines showing it had been cleaned
3. Calling just before they arrive. The last two times were early in the four hour window allowed.
Prices are reasonable.
