Very friendly staff and technicians. They always wear their booties and do a thorough job! I had my air ducts cleaned.

What do you like about our products and services?

Your technician was courteous, smiling, on time, got straight to work, asked about any known stains beforehand, and offered to lend a hand with furniture we older folk were having trouble moving. If the cleaning process he used stands up well (to be seen) we would most like use again.

The tech was here at the earliest point of the time window -- yeay!! He was very polite and professional and he explained everything completely. Gave me options for cleaning and cost and stuck to what he quoted. And my carpets look wonderful!! Can't ask for better!

Very nice young man. He counted all of the registers & cold air returns. He answered all our questions regarding the cleaning process & showed us the tools that he would be using.

The VERY dirty carpet looked and felt wonderful after it was cleaned. You were able to get out old sippy cup and food stains from the toddlers that I did not think would ever come out.

I called with an urgent request for carpet cleaning. They came out same day, late Saturday afternoon and gave me a 30 minute courtesy call prior to their arrival. Duane spent several hours cleaning the carpets throughout the house. They were very dirty because of an earlier estate sale and possible pet stains as well. The carpets after cleaning came out much cleaner. Surprising as old as the carpets are and the amount of dirt in the carpets. Very pleased with the work and service. Would use them again.
