I got exactly what I would expect from Zerorez, very clean carpets! We had some remodeling done 6 months ago with a lot of workers coming in and out. Even with the plastic they laid down, the carpets got dirty and dusty. Also we have a dog and cat that both shed and bring dirt in from outside. My carpets are beautiful again. Thank you so much!!

I liked being able to set up an appointment online and have my choice confirmed immediately. It only took 5 minutes.
I also liked getting an emailed video of how to prepare for the work--what to move and what to do with what can't.
Then I got an email reminder 2 days before, and on the day, the man in the truck called when he was on the way.
The work was done in 3 different processes, and left my carpet sweet- smelling and fresh.
