They were efficient Zerorez did a great job my carpets looked and felt incredible! My only critique would be that they understand all their products and about how much things cost. I asked how much it cost to get my air ducts clean the guy wasn't sure how they charge for that and I was a little disappointed besides that great!

I like Zerorez because the technicians know how to clean carpets and clean dryer vents and do it well. They are professional, easy to work with, cover their shoes to keep my floors clean and are friendly. The pricing is fair and I continue to call them when I need work done in my home.
