The gentleman who cleaned the carpets was a good worker and representative for Zerorez. I'm pleased with the results.

Did an excellent job - just don't particularly like how every time we get carpets cleaned, the tech is always trying to "sell us" extra product and treatment, wanting to add hundreds of dollars to estimate - this time it was pet stain treatment at $65 per gallon and he said it would take 6 gallons - not gonna pay that. Otherwise - did excellent job - except along some baseboard/walls.

How hard the tecks work to make our carpets look almost new again ! Great job!!😊

Zerorez did a great job. We bought a new house and wanted all the carpet cleaned before moving in.
They were able to do it within 2 days, showed up when they said they would, and was cheaper than what I expected. They measured the rooms and it was smaller than I had estimated. Rooms turned out fantastic and they were in out fast.
I would definitely recommend Zerorez.

Quick, friendly, and effective, to say the least. I've heard about Zero-Res before, but I haven't been a customer myself. Til now. For the price, it's amazing. My carpet looked terrible, (kids and pets, not a good friend to any carpet) but an hour or so and they look better than they have in years. I don't want to gush, but I'm probably not going to be renting a carpet cleaner again, it's not nearly as cost effective. Zero-Res for the win!

It's easy to schedule a cleaning and the service people arrive on time and are very competent. We had a small issue after the cleaning and the technician returned and quickly took care of the problem. I will use Zerorez again.

The people are always friendly and they work hard to get you exactly what you want. They have been able to work miracles on some of our problem spots.
