Carpet looks better than I expected! Nice guy, hard worker, rooms look great, price was reasonable. We were very worried about the carpet buckling after the cleaning, but within a few hours, they all smoothed out, just as we hoped. We will call Zerorez again. Thank you.

Initially did not receive invoice electronically, but after a request by me on initial survey I recv'd follow-up by phone & copy by email Monday morning! By the way Technician Patrick Geiger was awesome dealing with a difficult cleaning job!!!!

A problem was completely taken care of by the company. The phone gal was pleasant and a call-back on the progress was appreciated.

Our tech was amazing. Everything that could go wrong did and he kept a great attitude, kept us in communication and apologized numerous times. However, the issues were beyond his control...maintenance issues. I would highly recommend this tech, but sadly I didn’t get his name. I hope he knows how amazing he is and such great customer service. For his all day challenge while still showcasing patience and communication to us, his customers, he defiantly deserves recognition!!!

They were on time, professional and friendly. My carpets looked great when they were done. My carpets are only a year old and we have no children here so they weren't in bad shape, just a few spots so I appreciated that they didn't try to sell me a bunch of services I didn't need.

I needed my carpets cleaned ASAP and they came the next day and did an excellent and professional job. Thanks so much!

The tech we had that cleaned our carpet was great. He explained all your products, how they work, and helped us to pick the right treatment for our carpet. After he was done we checked the rooms he cleaned, and asked if there was anything more he could do.

This type is hard to find these days,

There’s no chemicals or cleaning products left in my carpeting. I love that you use alkaline water too. I have an alkaline water machine so am very familiar with how it can clean and sanitize. I’m also pleased with your staff. Duncan was great. My carpeting was dry in 5 hours, is soft and fresh.

The carpet is so soft smells fresh, not just looking good.
