The cleaning of both my carpets and my sectional couch were well done. The stains I had concerns about were removed and everything smelled so clean with no lingering pet odors.
This was my second time using Zerorez in 3 years, once in the summer when I was not worried about dry time and in January where drying was top of mind. Matt, the technician, told me cool air and fans is the key. We cracked the windows and turned on the fans and 6 hours later, dry and clean. Would definitely use them again.

Technician called to see if he could come a bit earlier than scheduled. He got here about 30 minutes early and got to work. He walked through the house with me, asked questions about the use of each room, explained what he’d be doing to clean the rugs, and what I can do to protect them after the cleaning. He did an excellent job. The carpets and area rug all look brand new, even though they’re 3 years old. I highly recommend this company.
