Fast and complete carpet cleaning. The two operators were friendly and professional. It was pretty expensive for the pet stain removals but turned out real clean. We will have them back, but hopefully not for a while. We highly recommend this Zerorez crew.

Dominic and his assistant are what excellent customer service is all about. All questions were answered, the job was explained, cost was quoted accurately. They were respectful of my home. And they worked hard to clean 2 spots that I thought could not be saved.
The traffic patterns are gone, the little spots are gone, the big area that was packed down and as hard as a brick is gone!
My technician showed up at my door exactly at the time he said he would. He explained the fees and the process of cleaning my carpet. Am thrilled with the results. Will be definatly using ZeroRez again.

Tyler did an excellent job! Kind, courteous, and professional. He asked if my husband and I wanted to check out his work. All areas looked and smelled great! I appreciated his work ethic. We have used Zerorez three times, having our upstairs and downstairs carpets cleaned and our air ducts done, too. They always seem to have specials throughout the year. We will definitely use Zerorez again!
I like the organic cleaner they use, however as great as it is remember that citrus is dangerous for cats. I asked for a steam clean only without cleaners and my carpet looked great. They worked with me doing what I was comfortable with. Very kind and respectful man that came to our house to clean my carpet. This is the second time we have used them and have been pleased each time.
