The whole experience was good. Jacob did a great job. He was on-time, and called when he was in route. Jacob also explained the process and gave good advise regarding area rugs I had cleaned along with the carpets. I definitely had the impression he was looking out for the customer and concerned about overall quality of the job. The carpets turned out great.

I have used this company annually for over seven years, and except for last year's cleaning they have all been satisfactory.
This year the associate did a very good job, and we are happy with this service.
I have two areas of concern with the company.
(1) They should include the service fee in the price of the service, not as an addition fee.
(2) I, as are so many people, tipped out. Why should a customers be obligated, or made to feel so, tip an employee that did the job they are getting paid to do? Asking for a tip at the end of the payment cycle; as the employee looks on is shameless.

I like the method of cleaning Zerorez uses. I like the fact that they keep in contact with you all the way to the appointment. Also, the gentleman who arrived at my home on time was friendly and asked when he was done if there was any place I'd like to have touched up.

He was knowledgeable and explained everything first. Friendly and quick but he did kill a very long line of grass and part of a plant leading from his truck to the area to be cleaned.
