They were very quick cleaning the very nasty carpets, that we had no idea were that dirty! The staff is very helpful and great! I especially loved that we got more than one confirmation text when they were 30 min away and when they were close and then when they were there! made it a lot easier to plan the day with those updates! The only downside was that is was a little difficult trying to reach them, but that could be due to the influx of calls from COVID-19 and such! Will definitely be having them clean our carpets in the future!

Our technician was very helpful. There was some tile grout issues in our bathroom that needed to be addressed (and we just were getting a carpet cleaning!). The difference in cleanliness for all those floor surfaces is stunning. Thank You!

The service was great, our tech Chris did a great job at explaining what he was seeing and what would help remedy the issue.

We were pleased with Brent's professionalism, thoroughness, and efficiency. About 4 hours after he left, we realized that the carpet and furniture were not drying at the rate he had predicted. We became concerned and decided that having the house closed and the air conditioning side of the heat pump running were inhibiting the drying; so we turned heat pump to fan only, brought in a box fan, and opened all the doors. That worked and drying speed increased notably. In retrospect, we wish we had known and opened up the house as he was leaving.
