Our carpets look like new! Our tech arrived on time and was very good about inspecting the carpets and letting us know how he was going to clean them and the final price before he started. He was a mask the whole time and followed safe distance.

Ease of making the appointment, they confirmed a day in advance and again when technician was on his way, he was friendly, polite and professional, he did a thorough job, left the carpet very dry, helped me move a piece of furniture and he wore a mask the entire time. A very professional job.

James my carpet tech was very nice, and he was thorough, and did a great job. My carpets are once again fluffy, and all the spots are gone. He even got a stain out that I was sure wouldn't come out! He was educated about my wool carpet and how to clean it properly. I'm happy wth him and with the company.

I should be having my girlfriend fill this out but I appreciated the promptness, accuracy, and speed of the service. I also appreciate the 30 day guarantee along with the representative (Melony) who called to see what could be improved given my previous review, which was given simply because I've never had carpets cleaned so I didn't really have anything to compare to.

That said the girlfriend seemed ecstatic about the service and quality.
