I like the 3 prong process. Our carpets are cleaner than we have received from past cleaners.
James was great!
Only issue is that we have a pad of marble inside the front door which now has marks on it from the product and equipment.
I tried to steam it clean but not successful!
I’ll call the local office Monday!
I know they’ll fix it!

It was our best experience with Zerorez yet. Guy C was professional, explained everything, showed us that we had dog urine in our carpet, so added that service, and we added the tile cleaning in our kitchen and bathroom with grout sealing. We also hadn't had it dry so fast. We left to run errands and were gone three hours, when we got home it was completely dry and we were able to start putting the furniture back. We couldn't have been happier, and will ask for Guy C again next year. Our home looks better than ever, feels great and it is like it is all new.

I did not receive an invoice . I was quoted $164 - the bill came to $264 - the only thing I added was a spray in living room and hall to regard dirt for a year.
