The technician spent two and a half hours working on trying to get the smell of cat pee out of my office carpet. I’m sure it put him behind for the day but he didn’t complain at all. I sure appreciate all of his hard work and diligence in trying to get the carpet completely odor free. So far it seems to have worked! Thank you!
