The service was excellent. Just one concern. Our technician let us know of a spot of mustard that he had difficultly getting out. He did some more work on it, we put some Saran wrap over the treatment.
He did say that we could do more work on that spot, but that it would be for an additional cost. I found that to be an unusual request. I engaged Zerorez to clean the carpet for $200 and was surprised to get it totally clean, we needed to pay additionally. By the way, we have no cats, dogs or animals at home.

It's always been a great experience using Zerorez, but this particular time was even better. The scheduling department went above and beyond rearranging the schedule to accommodate us at the last minute. And the two technicians that did the cleaning were very professional, friendly, and performed their duties with great attention to detail. We will continue to us Zeorez for all of our cleaning needs.
